The following items are considered “special orders” and are not subject to cancellation* – all furniture, bedding, and gliders.
*For in store purchases
In-store nursery furniture orders can be cancelled and are 100% refundable until the items are delivered to your home. The only exception is two-tone furniture, which is special order and cannot be cancelled. All in-store orders for youth furniture, gliders, and bedding are special order and not subject to cancellation.
For online purchases
Customers have a 24-hour regret window to cancel any order placed online, after which all items will become subject to our “special order” cancellation policy.
For in store purchases
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Behr’s will accept returns within 30 days subject to the following conditions.
All returned items must be in new, unopened, unassembled condition in original packaging. Any items returned in not-new condition will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
Shipping costs are not refundable. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item you are returning.
If your item was delivered using the “free shipping” method, please be aware that the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund total. Your refund total will be the purchase price, less our actual outbound shipping costs, as well as the restocking fee.
All returned furniture, gliders, and bedding will incur a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please allow 14 business days for all returns to be processed.
All returns and exchanges are subject to final approval of Behr’s customer service team.
